基于政府和企业视角的平台治理研究【摘要】平台经济作为一种新的商业模式，在互联网技术的快速发展下，已经逐渐兴起，具有虚拟性、创新性、广泛性的特点。作为供应商提供给大众的一个网络互动场所，平台存在的主要困境类似于责任不明、机制不完善以及内容的缺陷。只有形成以平台企业为中心的多元化治理模式，在平台经济的治理上才能做的更好。本文拟在平台经济理论下对平台企业从政府视角和企业视角分析各自对于平台治理的手段和局限性，在这一基础上再结合对拼多多企业的发展策略和模式进行分析，推出完善平台多元化治理的理念和具体建议及对策，研究平台多元化治理有助于更加有效治理平台。【关键词】企业视角；政府视角；平台多元化治理Research on platform governance from the perspective of government and enterprise[Abstract] As a new business model, platform economy has emerged gradually with the rapid development of Internet technology, which is characterized by virtuality, innovation and universality. As a place of network interaction provided by suppliers to the public, the main difficulties of the platform are similar to unclear responsibilities, imperfect mechanism and content defects.
