北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文基于 PPP 模式下装配式建筑在我国公租房建设中的应用摘 要为了缓解过高房价造成的住房难、买房难等问题,我国政府推出了廉价的装配式公租房等保障民生的基础举措。装配式建筑的迅速发展使得政府的公租房项目得以更好更快的实施完成,原本需要 1-2 年的漫长的工期,经过装配式建筑模式的推广,工期大大缩短,极大的缓解了住房矛盾。且由于 PPP 模式的高速发展,更有效的集合了社会各界的资源,增强了了公共基础设施的完善程度,是一种实现“多赢”合作的项目融资与实施模式。将三者相互结合,探讨基于 PPP 模式下装配式建筑在我国公租房建设中的应用成为本文的研究内容。通过对 PPP 模式、装配式建筑以及公租房的相关理论的阐述,对 PPP 模式在装配式公租房建设中的适用性、风险对策、运行流程进行分析,探究 PPP 模式下装配式公租房项目的施工管理模式,为今后我国建设项目健康可持续发展提出理论依据。关键词:PPP 模式;装配式建筑;公租房;施工管理Ⅱ北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn order to alleviate the housing difficulties caused by excessively high housing prices, the difficulty of buying a house and other issues, the Chinese government has launched basic measures such as cheap prefabricated public rental housing to protect people's livelihood. The rapid development of prefabricated buildings has enabled the government ’s public rental housing projects to be implemented better and faster. It originally required a long period of 1-2 years. After the promotion of prefabricated construction models, the construction period was greatly shortened, which greatly eased the housing contradiction. And because of the rapid development of the PPP model, it has more effectively collected resources from all walks of life and enhanced the perfection of public infrastructure.
