新收入准则下房地产企业的影响及对策摘要：随着我国房地产行业在过去近二十年的高速发展，到今天房地产已经成为了我国经济的重要支柱，并且已经形成了一个巨大的产业链，对我国当下以及未来的经济发展将会起到越来越重要的作用。但是由于各种各样的因素的存在，导致了针对房地产企业的收入确认相比于其他行业来说难度更大，因此随着新收入准则的颁布以及实施必将会对房地产企业产生更加明显的影响，本研究正是基于这样的背景，通过分析新收入准则对房地产企业产生的影响，提出房地产企业应该采取的应对对策，从而希望能够为保证房地产企业在新制度之下更好的发展产生一定的积极影响。关键词：新收入准则、房地产业、影响、对策IThe Impact and Countermeasure of Real Estate Enterprises under the New Income CriterionAbstract：With the rapid development of China's real estate industry in the past two decades, real estate has become an important pillar of China's economy, and has formed a huge industrial chain, which will play an increasingly important role in China's current and future economic development.
