IT 中小型企业人才流失现状、动因分析与解决思路—以 2K Games 为例摘要中小企业是我国社会主义市场经济结构中不可缺少的组成部分,在国民经济中具有不可忽视、不可替代的作用,其术含量最高、最有潜力的是 IT 中小企业。然后 IT 中小企业人员流动性大,人才流失严重,使管理成本与管理难度增加,员工效益下降,从而导致进一步的人才流失,使 IT 人才流动陷入恶性循环。本文重点以 2K games 公司人才流失的现状与原因,并阐述人才流失相关理论,针对 IT 中小企业特点与其人才特性,以企业自身因素所引发的人才流失问题为出发点,从提高企业人力资源开发与管理角度出发,力求控制人才流失严重的局面,制定相应的人才流失对策,由有效人才引进策略、系统化培训方案。科学的人才聘用制度、流失人才离职管理四方面组成。并结合 2K games 人才流失具体情况进行实证讨论。关键词:IT 中小企业;人力资源管理;人才流失;对策Small- medium enterprise brain drain problem and countermeasuresAbstract: Small-medium enterprises are playing an important role in the national economy. Among them, the tallest technique content and the most potential is small-medium IT enterprises. However small-medium IT enterprise have severe personnel mobility, loss of talented person severity, all that make management cost increase and management difficulty, employee’s performance descends, causing further brain drain, make talented person’s fluxion sink into vicious cycle.
