摘 要目前在军事通信装备所配发的稳压电源技术比较落后,而新型的开关式稳压电源功能比较单一。论文设计开发出一种利用单片机控制的开关型智能稳压电源设计包括了开关电源部分、电池充放电部分与单片机控制部分。 开关电源部分:采纳半桥式硬开关和脉冲宽度调制(PWM)技术,对其核心器件等主要参数进行了理论计算,在设计中利用屏蔽变压器、采纳吸收电路以与合理布局等方法去减小和防止电磁干扰。 电池充放电部分:利用改变 PWM 输出脉宽使电源的输出电压大小变化,调整输出电流的大小;充电脉冲的产生则是通过控制 PWM 的输出有无,使得电源的输出表现为脉冲式输出的形式,实现了对电池组的脉冲充电,利用脉冲式放电也解决了功率和体积比较大的放电电阻问题。 以 PIC16F877 单片机为系统的主控核心,对电源的稳压输出进行监测并告警、对电池是否充满进行推断,实现了智能化控制。关键词: 智能充电,稳压电源,单片机,设计AbstractMilitary communications equipment currently issued by the regulated power supply with backward technology, and new switching power supply capabilities relatively simple.
