齿轮用钢的热处理工艺设计摘 要热处理工艺是金属材料工程的重要组成部分。通过热处理可以改变材料的加工工艺性能,充分发挥材料的潜力,提高工件的使用寿命。热处理不仅对锻造机械加工的顺利进行和保证加工效果起着重要作用, 而且在改善或消除加工后缺陷,提高工件的使用寿命等方面起着重要作用。该课题是根据齿轮使用条件和性能要求,选择不同的材料,进行相应的热处理工艺设计,包括加热温度、保温时间、冷却方式和冷却介质等。并通过退火、调质、渗碳、等热处理,分析组织和性能的变化,在实验基础上,验证所设计热处理工艺的正确性。最终得到的结论是,分别选择 45 钢和 Q235 钢作为齿轮材料,45 钢采纳退火和调质处理,Q235 钢采纳退火、渗碳、淬火和低温回火处理。实践证明要想获得理想的组织与性能,保证零件在生产过程中的质量稳定性和使用寿命,就必须从工件的特点﹑ 要求和技术条件,仔细分析产品在使用过程中的受力状况和可能失效形式,正确选择材料;再根据生产规模﹑现场条件﹑热处理设备提出几种可行的热处理方案,最后根据其经济性﹑方便性﹑质量稳定性和便于管理﹑降低成本等因素,确定出一种最佳方案。关键词:退火;调质;渗碳;组织;性能Heat Treatment Process Design of Steel Used for gearAbstractThe heat treatment process is an important part of the metal materials engineering.
