传感器在水稻收割机上的应用与进展摘 要随着传感器技术的快速进展，传感器目前已经广泛应用于农业领域，提高了农业机械化程度并为保障粮食安全起到重要作用。本文主要介绍了水稻收割机的国外现状以与传感器在水稻收割机上的作用和地位，并分析了水稻收割机实现各功能所用传感器的类型、工作原理、对比了实现同一功能所选传感器的优缺点以与在其他领域的应用，最后总结了传感器今后在农业机械上的进展趋势。关键词：传感器；农业；水稻收割机；趋势The application and development of sensors in rice harvesterAbstractAs the rapidly development of sensor technology,sensor has been used in agriculture extensively .It improves the degree of agricultural mechanization and contributes greatly to the safety for food.In this paper,firstly introducingthe presentation situation of sensor at home and abroad and its effects on rice harvester.In the text,the kinds of sensors used in the key parts of rice harvester ,their working principle, characteristics and applications in otherfields mainly have been described,then comparing the merits and demerits of sensors played the same role in the rice harvester .Finallysummarizing the development trend of sensors in the agricultural machines.Key words: sensor; agriculture; rice harvester; trend1 绪论1.1 国水稻收割机的进展现状我国水稻种植面积约占世界水稻总面积的四分之一，在全国粮食总播种面积中也占了很大比重，接近三分之一，占全国粮食总产量的百分之四十五[1]。可见它在全国粮食安全中的地位非同一般。随着近年来粮食产量的大幅增长，农村年轻劳动力的严重外流，因此，要求机械化的程度越来越高。实现对水稻的机械化生产是提高粮食产量的重要保障。在发达国家, 谷物收割已基本实现了机械化。美国 70 年代初机械收割面积已达 95%，目前联合收割机已向大型化、高速化和自动化方向进展;日本 70 年代中期研制出适应本国小块水田的小型联合收割机并很快大量投入应用,基本上实现了收获过程机械化[2]。目前，我国对水稻的机械化生产水平还比较低，大部分依旧靠人工收割，而美国、澳大利亚，日本已基本实现了全面的机...
