摘 要在 工 业 生 产 中 ， 工 艺 过 程 往 往 要 求 在 一 定的 温 度 下 进 行 。 因 此 热 交 换 器 的 应 用 是 比 较广 泛 的 。 生 产 中 许 多 物 料 要 进 行 预 热 或 加 热，如 在 工 艺 生 产 中 ， 工 艺 介 质 需 加 热 或 预 热 到给 定 值 ， 若 高 于 给 定 值 物 料 会 发 生 分 解 、 自聚 ， 低 于 给 定 值 会 发 生 凝 聚 。 而 工 业 生 产 中为 了 冷 却 ， 就 会 产 生 大 量 的 冷 却 水 （ 有 一 定温 度 的 热 水 ） ， 本 文 就 如 何 通 过 热 交 换 器 利用 热 水 （ 工 业 冷 却 水 ） 余 热 进 行 热 交 换 的 自动 控 制 系 统 作 了 设 计 ， 目 的 是 充 分 利 用 余 热，只 有 当 用 热 水 加 热 不 能 满 足 出 口 温 度 要 求 时，才 使 用 蒸 汽 补 充 加 热 。 这 是 一 种 节 约 能 源 ，降 低 能 耗 的 设 计 方 案 ， 也 应 合 了 当 今 工 业 生产 中 节 能 控 制 ， 提 高 经 济 效 益 的 指 导 思 想 。关键词 余热利用，自动控制，分程控制，设 计ABSTRACTIn industrial production processes often require a certain temperature.
