摘 要压缩机是一种压缩气体提高气体压力或输送气体的机器，应用极为广泛。在采矿业、冶金业、机械制造业、土木工程、石油化学工业、制冷与气体分离工程以与国防工业中，压缩机是必不可少的关键设备之一。此外，医疗、纺织、食品、农业、交通等部门的需求也与日俱增。压缩机因其用途广泛被称为通用机械。本论文主要是压缩机箱盖的加工工艺与制造，主要涉与箱盖毛坯的选用，以与使用数控加工中心对箱盖进行铣削，孔加工。其中还包括箱盖的材料选用，箱盖的工艺过程，箱盖的加工过程，刀具选用，刀具转速的确定以与切削进给的确定。在设计中主要用 CAD以与 Mastercam 来体现了压缩机箱盖的三维造型以与加工过程。并且通过 Mastercam的自动生成程序来减少实际生产过程的工艺设计时间。关键词：压缩机箱盖 数控加工 工艺设计ABSTRACTCompressor is a compressed gas to improve gas pressure or gas transportation machines, are widely.
