城市污水处理工艺的设计 摘 要该毕业设计的题目为 5 万吨/天城市污水处理工程设计,应用的处理 工 艺 为 AAO 工 艺 , 具 有 脱 氮 除 磷 的 效 果 。 进 水 水 质 为 CODCr =300mg/L,BOD5 =250mg/L,SS =200mg/L,TN = 30mg/L,TP=6 mg/L , pH=7.0~8.5,出水水质为 CODCr≤100mg/L,BOD5≤20mg/L,SS≤20mg/L,TN≤15mg/L, TP≤1 mg/L,达到污水排放二级标准。根据毕业设计的原始资料与设计要求对出水水质的要求:与要求脱氮除磷,确定 A2/O 和氧化沟、SBR、AB 法污水处理工艺进行设计和经济技术比较。通过投资概算,运行费用的计算,经济比较与技术比较等最总确定 A2/O 工艺为最佳方案。该污水厂的处理流程为:从粗格栅到泵房到细格栅到沉砂池,进入反应池,进入辐流式二次沉淀池,再进入消毒池,最后出水;从反应池排出的剩余污泥集中输送到污泥浓缩池,由剩余污泥泵直接输送到污泥脱水房脱水,最后外运处置。关键词:A2/O 工艺 脱氮除磷 污水处理AbstractThe subject of graduation is 5 104 tons/day of municipal wastewater treatment engineering design,Process the application process for the AAO,Has the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.Influent water quality is CODCr = 300mg / L,BOD5 =250mg / L, SS = 200mg / L, TN = 30mg / L, TP = 6 mg / L, pH = 7.0 ~ 8.5,Effluent water quality is CODCr≤100mg/L,BOD5≤20mg/L,SS≤20mg/L,TN≤15mg/L,TP≤1mg/L,to secondar effluent standards.According to the primitiv data of the graduation project and demanding for water quality :Campare A2/O craft with oxidize ditch craft ,SBR craft,AB craft and choose the better one from two major sewage disposal craft.Through the budgtary estimating of investment,operating the calcuiation of the expenses,comparing of conomy and technology ect,finally we have the A2/O ditch is the best scheme.The sewage treatment plant process is: from coarse to fine grid to the grid to pump grit chamber,Into the reaction pool,Radial flow into the secondary sedimentationtank,Re-entering...
