工业缝纫机机头结构与其数控加工工艺设计吕波峰 (机械与汽车工程学院 指导老师:家新)摘要:工业缝纫机行业已经制订了线迹型式标准,实现各种线迹的工业缝纫机的基本机构类型经过长期使用比较成熟,机构类型趋于定型。产品质量改善、品种进展、技术水平提高、更新换代则更多的表现在原有产品基础上持续不断的改进。机电一体化技术的应用,为产品渐进性、连续性的变革、创新提供更大的空间,但也必须以原有产品为基础,增加自动化、集成化或系统化的功能。要彻底改变目前工业缝纫机基本机构类型的可能性不大,即使像周期缝纫机那样用电子控制技术取代凸轮机构,那也只是控制方式的改变,达到简化机构的目的,并没有根本改变像钉扣机、锁眼机和套结机的基本功能结构类型。本论文主要是主要对其中的一种缝纫机---套结机,对其机头的结构和加工工艺进行一系列的设计。对缝纫机的机头材料的选择和加工刀具的型号,材质进行分析确认,用AutoCAD 画出机型的加工面,并设计夹具的可靠性,可行性,最后设计好加工工艺,根据加工工艺选好坐标原点,用 FANUC 系统对其工艺进行数控编程。最后将加工出来的机头,通过品检,组装,质检后,来确定加工的可行性。关键词:结构设计;加工工艺 FANUC 系统;数控编程Abstract:The industry sewing machine profession has already drawn up the line mark pattern standard,realizes each kind of line mark industry sewing machine basic organization type to pass through the long-term use quite to be mature, the organization type tends to the stereotypia.
