The three levels are: goods chain cooperation, modular/series cooperation and intelligent cooperation.The four steps are: the enterprise's strategy decision, the enterprise's agile construction, the AM system building, the running and management of the AM system. The authors point out that the implementation of agile manufacturing is a process of continually constructing, developing and reconstructing. The paper gives a framework schema of AM implementation. Key words：agile manufacturing virtual enterprise enterprise integration implementation methodology competitive strategy 敏捷制造战略主要取决于企业在产业内的相对竞争地位和产业组织结构。根据 Porter 的竞争优势理论，企业主要有 2 种基本竞争优势：低成本和差异性，从而形成了企业的 3 种基本战略：成本领先、差异战略和目标集中［1］。敏捷制造是这 3 种战略的有机组合，例如，通过制造的分工合作降低制造成本以实现成本领先；通过设计合作进入特定的细分市场实现差异战略或目标集中等。 近年来, 美国和欧洲有许多公司在不同程度上应用了敏捷制造与动态联盟的思想, 进展很快。国内有多项“863”高技术计划项目展开讨论工作; 并有一些企业自发地采纳开发与营销并重的哑铃型企业模式, 以“三来一补”等形式参加国际分工并取得成功。但仍...
