大宇重工企业的物流现状与改进对策讨论摘 要本文基于大宇重工物流现状和物流系统的分析,提出了物流模式重构的举措,强调加强与第三方物流公司的合作关系,挖掘物流价值链,建立配送中心,使储存,运输以及管理等物流环节合理化,从而达到降低物流成本,提高顾客满意度的目标。大宇重工现存在的问题主要是综合成本没有能有效的降低,信息系统的灵敏度低,客户服务水平有待提高,供应、生产中的物流环节急需改进等一系列的问题。针对大宇重工的现存问题,本文提出了营造大宇重工物流第三支柱的设想,改进供应物流,生产物流、对信息网络的构建,还有售后服务物流中的仓储管理模式,售后服务系统,废弃物流的改进等一些的可取方案。关键词:物流 核心竞争力 SWOT 分析AbstractThe paper puts forward a solution to logistics reconstruction,according to the analysis of present situation and logistics system of DAEWOO Heavy Industries,and emphasizes building a cooperative relationship with Third Party Logistics Co excavating logistics value chain, building distribution center, making storing, transportation and management reasonable to lower logistics costs and improve consumers' satisfaction.Main problems of DAEWOO are that integrative costs cannot be decreased effectively; information system is lack of rapid reflection on things, supply logistics and manufacture logistics are in dire need of changes.
