大宇重工企业的物流现状与改进对策讨论摘 要本文基于大宇重工物流现状和物流系统的分析，提出了物流模式重构的举措，强调加强与第三方物流公司的合作关系，挖掘物流价值链，建立配送中心，使储存，运输以与管理等物流环节合理化，从而达到降低物流成本，提高顾客满意度的目标。大宇重工现存在的问题主要是综合成本没有能有效的降低，信息系统的灵敏度低，客户服务水平有待提高，供应、生产中的物流环节急需改进等一系列的问题。针对大宇重工的现存问题，本文提出了营造大宇重工物流第三支柱的设想，改进供应物流，生产物流、对信息网络的构建，还有售后服务物流中的仓储管理模式，售后服务系统，废弃物流的改进等一些的可取方案。关键词：物流 核心竞争力 SWOT 分析AbstractThepaperputsforwarda solutiontologisticsreconstruction，accordingtotheanalysisofpresentsituationandlogisticssystemofDAEWOOHeavyIndustries，andemphasizes building a cooperative relationship with Third Party LogisticsCo excavating logistics value chain, building distribution center, making storing, transportation and management reasonable to lower logistics costs and improve consumers' satisfaction.Main problemsofDAEWOO arethatintegrativecostscannotbedecreasedeffectively; information system is lack of rapid reflection on things, supply logisticsandmanufacturelogisticsarein direneedofchanges.
