2150F2精轧机主传动系统设计摘 要 本次毕业设计的设计对象是 2150F2精轧机主传动系统。轧钢机主传动系统主要由电动机、减速器、齿轮座、连接轴以与联轴节等组成。对于 2150 精轧机来说,其轧制要求有较高的精度,板型要有较高的平整度,就要对轧机的各个部件进行精准的设计。该论文主要以轧机的主传动为主题展开,对轧机主传动的设计就要求对于涉与到传动件的各个部件如电动机、减速器、齿轮座、连接轴、联轴器等进行设计计算,需要对轧机的轧制力、传动力矩和传动功率进行计算,对主电机容量进行选择,对设计好的主减速机的齿轮、轴以与联接轴进行强度校核,直到满足要求。本文通过几次反复的计算已满足要求。设计好轧机的尺寸结构以后需要对润滑方式的进行选择,并对轧机的经济性、环保性进行评估。当各个方面都满足时才是一个合格的设计。关键词:主传动;设计;校核;减速机;润滑;环保The Design Of The Main Driver Of 2150F2 Finishing millABSTRACTThe design of this graduation project is the main drive structure of 2150F2 finishing mill.
