油田生产虚拟仿真培训系统的设计与实现摘 要我国开发油田逐步进入中后期后,开采难度逐渐加大,这对于油田采油工序等后期生产过程的精细化程度提出了更高的要求,随之油田采油工序仿真模拟的讨论便被提上了日程。本文结合油田实际情况,以油田生产中调整防冲距为例设计了虚拟仿真培训系统。本文实现了对采油系统中调整防冲距过程的模拟与演练。根据其实际操作过程,首先制作了抽油机以与虚拟人的模型,并对模型进行了渲染,同时利用灯光、动画等特效分别对抽油机的驴头、连杆、曲柄机构、减速箱、悬绳器、动力设备和辅助装置等模型进行了优化,虚拟出一个逼真的三维虚拟环境。然后借助Virtools 虚拟现实开发平台,进行了虚拟仿真流程设计。设计了调整防冲距(调大、调小)的演示、训练和考核三个模块。用已建构出的虚拟人模型代替实际操作人员在培训系统中的演示模块对调整防冲距的流程进行分步操作培训,在训练和考核模块使人在虚拟环境中能够利用鼠标与计算机完成交互,从而达到操控目的,完成训练考核。关键词:Virtools ;虚拟现实;调大防冲距;调小防冲距AbstractDifficult exploitation oilfield development in China has gradually entered the later period, after the increase, gradually for the refinement of late oilfield production processes such as production process is put forward higher requirements, so the study of oil field production process simulation has been put on the agenda.
