浅述鱼粉的质量与其影响因素摘要：鱼粉因为其蛋白含量高，氨基酸组成平衡，成为畜禽饲料的重要蛋白质类原料，而且其中含有未知生长因子，在配合饲料工业应用很普遍。鱼粉的质量对添加效果有很大的影响，添加优质鱼粉有很好的促动物生长作用，而一些低质、变质、掺假鱼粉效果差，甚至对动物有害。然而鱼粉的质量受原料、加工方法、贮藏条件、掺假等多种因素影响，变异特别大。本文就鱼粉的质量作一简述。关键词：鱼粉、营养特性、质量Abstract:There is a large amount of protein in fish meal,and the amino acid profile is similar to the animals need of that,so fish meal become a important protein ingredients, wildly used in the formation of the diets.And there are many kinds of unknown growth factors. The quality and quantity of fish meal have great effect on the performance of farming animals. Promoting effects can be observed after high-qualilty of fish meal were added to the diet,but the low-quality fish meal have no suce effects even adverseries to animals.However,the quality of fish meal is affected by the sources of material,the method of processing,the conditions of storing and falsifying and so on,so the quality is various.Our paper is going to brief about the quality and quantity of fish meals.Key words:fish meal, nutritive, quality and quantity1 鱼粉概述鱼粉（fish meal）是用一种或多种鱼或鱼下脚料（鱼头、鱼尾、鱼鳍、脏等）为原料，经去油、脱水、粉碎后的高蛋白质饲料。21 世纪初期，全世界总产量约为 700 万 t，产量最多的国家依次是智利、秘鲁、日本、美国等，同时，挪威、丹麦、南非、冰岛与泰国也是主要的鱼粉生产国。其中智利和秘鲁的产量最高，最高年产量分别达 130 多万 t（1989 年）和 120 多万 t（1990 年），其出口量约占总贸易量的 70%。我国鱼粉工业起步晚，年产量大约 10 多万 t，且多集中于、、、等沿海省区。我国鱼粉使用量较高，年使用量近 100 万 t，每年进口 80 万 t 左右，进口鱼粉多来自秘鲁。[18]2 鱼粉的分类鱼粉的分类方法主要有 3 种：①根据来源分为：国产鱼...
