基于未来产业人才的无可取代性,本讨论将针对中阶管理阶层为主要讨论之对象,以发放问卷方式进行调查 , 总共280份
有效回收样本数182份,回收率65%
藉此了解中阶主管所拥有的管理才能(Leadership skill, administration skill, professor skill, personal characteristic, capability characteristic, motive characteristic)对组织绩效(perceived organizational performance, perceived market performance)之影响,其模式建立与预测
讨论结果发现出管理才能因素,并非全部的管理才能皆对组织绩效是有影响性
