AbstractWith the continuous development of China's society and economy and the continuous changes in the market and industry environment, companies must effectively manage the company's internal cash flow. An in-depth analysis of the company's cash flow has had a huge impact on the company's financial management. By combining its own actual operating conditions and further analysis of the company's cash flow, this is a prerequisite for the company to better understand the company's operating risks, internal financial structure, and the company's ability to realise. This article uses Guangdong Jinya Industrial Co., Ltd. as an example to reveal the current status of kinya's cash flow. It initially reveals that the company has high accounts receivable, slow inventory turnover, lack of cash flow management strategic ideas, single financing channels and an imperfect supervision system. And put forward corresponding measures, such as establishing a sound customer credit system, rationally arranging the company's inventory, improving the strategic thinking awareness of cash flow management, strengthening the company's reputation to expand financing channels, and adding advantages for companies to respond to market challenges.
