This article uses Guangdong Jinya Industrial Co., Ltd. as an example to reveal the current status of kinya's cash flow. It initially reveals that the company has high accounts receivable, slow inventory turnover, lack of cash flow management strategic ideas, single financing channels and an imperfect supervision system. And put forward corresponding measures, such as establishing a sound customer credit system, rationally arranging the company's inventory, improving the strategic thinking awareness of cash flow management, strengthening the company's reputation to expand financing channels, and adding advantages for companies to respond to market challenges.
