摘 要本文围绕存货管理这个核心,对广州一只酸奶牛品牌管理有限公司存货管理现状分析的基础上,认真分析当中存在的问题,并提出有效的解决方法。在对公司存货管理进行深入分析上,发现存货管理出现缺乏健全的内部控制制度、盘点账实不符且流程繁琐、产品采购缺乏规划、信息化建设不健全、缺乏良好的风险防范机制和管理人员缺乏风险意识等现象。紧接着针对存货管理存在的问题,提出一些改善的对策:建立健全存货内部控制制度、运用恰当的存货盘点方法、做好采购规划,降低资金占用、引进新型存货管理系统、加强存货管理的风险防范、建立存货损耗区间等。对公司来说,存货管理是维持公司正常运行要确保的重大模块,也是能够令公司健康成长和不断发展壮大必不可少的部分。关键词: 存货管理 采购规划 内部控制 对策分析AbstractFocusing on the core of inventory management, this paper analyzes the current situation of inventory management of a sour cow brand management co., ltd in Guangzhou, analyzes the existing problems seriously, and puts forward effective solutions.
