北京理工大学珠海学院 2016 届本科生毕业论文保质期约束条件下生产系统优化方法探讨与实践保质期约束条件下生产系统优化方法探讨与实践摘 要冷冻食品的保质期受贮存环境以及食物制作加工的影响，以食品保质期为约束条件针对广东联辉信冷冻食品有限公司需要对企业生产系统进行整改，以适应市场环境的变化。本文对改公司进行调研以及分析，基于精益生产理论并运用 5s 管理、工艺流程梳理、工序优化等手段，对其生产系统进行优化。着重解决系统中存在的重复、效率、生产节拍等问题。结合实际生产效益对优化效果进行评估为之后优化方案的选择提供依据。通过案例总结出适用于食品加工行业的生产系统优化方案。关键词：生产系统；5S 管理；精益生产北京理工大学珠海学院 2016 届本科生毕业论文Discussion and practice of production system optimization method under the condition of shelf lifeAbstractThe shelf life of frozen food is affected by the storage environment and food production and processing. The production system of Guangdong lianhuixin Frozen Food Co., Ltd. needs to be improved to adapt to the changes of market environment. Based on the lean production theory and the use of 5S management, process flow carding, process optimization and other means, the production system is optimized. The problems of repetition, efficiency and production beat in the system are solved. Combined with the actual production benefit, the optimization effect is evaluated to provide the basis for the selection of the optimization scheme.
