摘 要过去我们国家的制造业企业不太看重营运资金治理，对营运资金策略也没有深刻的琢磨。制造业伴随市场经济的进展,使国家经济得到了充分的提高。当今社会，我国已经找到合理的管理政策，只不过有一个大问题就是风险控制仍然很严重，对于这种风险所带来的恶劣影响也是难以解决。要解决问题，那么就是得正确理解到问题的根本来源,对流动资产的规模要认真的严格把关,关注实际生产和理想的资金流动。企业的资金管理中最中央的构成便是营运资金，营运资金管理的成就决定于企业将来成长的远程。本文章一开始进行简略的交代了营运资金管理相关的研究意义和背景，紧接着再根据营运资金管理理论结合天翔环境公司目前在资金管理上的难题，通过大数据分析找出其中的对比与差异，从而再说出管理中现存的困难，例如应收款项回款速度慢、应付账款大幅度增加等问题，接着对照这些问题完善管理的方案设计，例如加强应收款项的管理，加快资金周转及加强应付账款的管理力度，提高企业信誉等设计方案。关键词：制造业 营运资金管理 营运资金AbstractIn the past, our country's manufacturing enterprises did not attach much importance to working capital governance, and did not have a profound understanding of working capital strategy.
