本科论文摘 要天然气作为新兴的石油产物与现在人们的日常生活及社会发展息息相关,天然气是一种相对于之前的燃烧能源更加安全、环保的可燃烧性气体。现如今国家大力发展天然气石油天然气产业代替煤气等燃烧能源。而天然气主要输送手段就是天然气管道,虽然天然气相对于煤气等更加安全、环保,但是天然气管道一旦出现泄露情况,依旧会发生中毒、燃烧、爆炸等非常严重的事故。所以作为天然气主要输送工具的天然气管道安全性极其重要,只有先保证天然气管道的安全性才能进一步保证天然气的安全性。本文从天然气的性质进行分析,确认天然气管道的材质要求。对天然气管道施工检测的工艺流程,所处位置的环境条件,地理位置情况进行危险有害因素分析,确认工程项目可行性,对施工及检测过程运用安全检查表法进行重大危险源辨识。进行工程项目中运用到的无损检测方法研究,对比不同检测方法的优缺点,确定工程项目中的主要检测方法,同时为保证工程质量达标,保护施工及检测人员安全,制订完善的安全管理制度及安全控制措施。关键词:天然气管道;无损检测;危险源辨识AbstractAs a new oil product, natural gas is closely related to people's daily life and social development.
