中文摘要家族企业管理模式有关的问题研究——以国美电器为例摘要： 随着市场经济的完善以及企业竞争力的增强，近年来，采用家族式管理的私营企业在快速发展的背后，屡屡在转型或是扩张的过程中出现严重危机。虽然该种管理方式也曾起到重要的作用，但是这一管理模式的弊端也在不断凸显。不恰当的股权结构、治理结构以及非正式制度使家族企业的问题日渐增多。国美之争是中国家族企业发展史上一个较为经典的案例，具备一定的代表性，故而本文以国美电器为例，对该问题进行探究，分析家族企业管理模式中存在的问题，并提出相应的解决策略。即改变家族本位的思想、实现企业产权多元化、建立科学的经营管理体系以及用适当的方式推行变革。希望通过本文的研究使我国营企业的管理水平得以提升，使其能够进一步发展。关键词： 家族式企业 管理模式 管理对策毕业论文外文摘要Title Research on Problems Related to the Management Mode of Family Enterprises: A Case Study of GomeAbstractWith the improvement of the market economy and the enhancement of the competitiveness of enterprises, in recent years, with the rapid development of the private-owned enterprises with family management, there has been a serious crisis in the process of transformation or expansion.
