复员退伍军人安置问题研究VIP专享

北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文复员退伍军人安置问题研究——以重庆市沙坪坝区为例摘 要当前，我国军队改革不断推进，国防建设取得重大进展。但是，退役军人安置相对落后，难以有效适应国防建设现代化的需要。本文从社会经济形势出发，详细梳理了我国退役军人安置工作的主要法律依据和发展历史，并进行了讨论。在此基础上，调查重庆市沙坪坝区复员退伍军人安置现状，发现复员退伍军人安置存在的主要问题，包括优惠政策、再教育培训体制等方面的突出矛盾等等，也就国外在安置退役军人方面采用的模型和方法结合我国国情探讨我国与外国在退役军人安置方面的差异情况。最后，针对复员退伍军人安置中存在的问题从几个方面提出解决办法。关键词：复员退伍军人；安置政策；就业问题 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 22北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractAt present, the reform of China's armed forces is advancing and major progress has been made in national defense. However, the placement of ex-servicemen is relatively backward, it is difficult to effectively adapt to the needs of the modernization of national defense construction. Starting from the social and economic situation, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the main legal basis and development history of China's ex-servicemen placement work, and discusses it. On this basis, the research of chongqing shapingba district retired veterans resettlement situation, found that the main problems of retired veterans resettlement, including preferential policies, continuing education training system and so on the prominent contradictions, and so on, are in place for veterans abroad by the model and method of combining the situation of our country to explore our country and foreign differences in veterans resettlement.
