X coffee 商业模式的创新现状分析内 容 摘 要商业模式是我们管理类学科需要研究学习的重要对象之一,商业模式上的创新,在近几年来的众多企业及品牌所推崇,可见在当下的互联网环境下,企业的只有在不断的创新发展中才能立于市场。所以,企业在商业模式上的创新在近几年来都显得尤为重要了。本文选取 X coffee 作为研究对象,将其与星巴克做对比,分析得出 X coffee的创新之处,同时分别从:价值主张、品牌定位、核心资源、盈利模式这四方面进行分析研究。这四个要素是衡量商业模式的最主要标准,以这四方面作为研究标准,得出 X coffee 所存在的问题,结合本专业的知识给出解决建议。X coffee 的商业模式在目前来看是无疑是成功的,但并不完美,虽说如此,它也有值得借鉴学习的地方,最后得出结论并,将理论化上升为经验,总结出一套比较完整的可供其他传统行业具有学习、借鉴的商业模式。关键词:X coffee;商业模式;咖啡市场IAnalysis of Innovation Status of X coffee Business ModelAbstractThe business model is one of the important objects that we need to study and study in the management discipline.
