Designing reasonable position compensation is important for building a systematic and scientific compensation system, guarantying inside fair of compensation system and double wins for employees and enterprise. Basing on the introduction of the job evaluation theory, construct the model and way of position compensation design from the practice aspect.The article focus on the model and the procedure of position compensation design and the design method of position compensation system, then establishes the model of position compensation evaluation by AHP.
