I广东省大学生校内兼职工作满意度调查研究内 容 摘 要大学生校内兼职是一个非常普遍的现象，甚至在高校中形成了一股热潮。在此背景下研究大学生校内兼职的工作满意度显得尤为必要。本文通过调查研究发现，广东省大学生校内兼职工作满意度水平介于“比较满意”和“满意”之间，呈现中等偏上水平，只是在“工作回报”和“工作管理”两个维度的兼职满意度水平偏低；而影响广东省大学生校内兼职工作满意度的主要问题包括“岗位类型单一，工作内容简单”、“工资水平低,成长空间小”、“管理者的能力水平欠缺”、“作业环境问题”。针对调研发现的问题，本文提出了“岗位类型多样化，工作内容丰富化”、“调整工资水平，提高福利待遇”、“提高管理者的能力”、“改善作业环境”等建议来改善和提高广东省大学生校内兼职的工作满意度。关键词：大学生；校内兼职；工作满意度 II Research on College Students’ Satisfaction of On-campus Part-time Jobs in Guangdong Province AbstractIt is very common for college students to take part-time jobs on campus. Therefore, it is necessary to study the satisfaction of college students’ part-time jobs in this context. This report found that the level of part-time job satisfaction of college students on campus in Guangdong Province is moderately low. The degree of satisfaction is above average, which is between relative satisfaction and satisfaction. The level of job return satisfaction and job management satisfaction are the lowest. And many problems were found from the investigation, such as ‘the post type is single and the work content is simple’, ‘the wage level is low and the room for progress is small’, ‘the level of competence of the manager is insufficient’ and ‘the working environment is to be improved’.
