北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文高校建筑节能运行管理研究80％的建筑能耗在建筑运行阶段产生。高校学生作为校园建筑的主要用户，其用能行为在高校建筑运行阶段节能活动中起到重要作用，研究建筑运行阶段的高校学生用能行为尤为重要。已有的研究发现高校学生有较强的节能意识，节能行为落后于节能意识，但鲜见对此现象进行深入的探究。因此，本研究探讨了造成高校学生节能行为滞后的原因，并从学生节能行为的角度提出有针对性的改进措施。首先，本文通过已有的相关文献研究，选取了影响高校学生用能行为的因素，构建 ABC 行为研究模型。其次，利用SPSS、Origin 数据分析软件，从整体分析高校建筑能耗监管平台数据，了解高校能耗现状。同时对在校学生进行问卷调查，实地走访相关部门，发掘建筑能耗运行管理中存在的问题并对影响学生用能行为的因素进行假设检验与变量测量，得出不同性别、经济状况、受教育程度的学生，其用能行为均无显著性差异；从众心理、舒适偏好、节能规范与措施均正向影响个人用能行为。最后提出“足不出户做公益”活动、微门户每月电费单查询及发送等五个有针对性的节能措施。关键词：建筑节能；用能行为；节能策略 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractUnder the background of current energy shortage, the scale of universities has been increasing in recent years, which should become an important force to promote the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
