I企业网络的影响因素研究摘 要快速发展的经济全球化以及大规模应用的信息技术使得企业外部的环境发生巨大的改变，这种改变主要表现在三个方面，一为企业面临的市场及客户需求日益多样化，二为原材料、资金、人才的流动，促进了生产资料在全球范围内的合理配置，三为企业与其他组织之间的协作关系随着网络技术的应用正在发生深刻的变化，这些对企业的经营管理模式及组织方式都有着更高的要求。在当前信息环境下，信息化管理水平是企业的无形价值，在企业价值创造中的作用越来越重要，因而笔者选择企业网络的影响因素作为研究对象，在导论部分对研究背景及意义进行介绍，并通过文献资料法以及对比分析法对企业网络影响因素进行分析并引出本文创新之处，第三章中对企业网络的相关理论基础做了介绍，包括企业网络概念及其特征、全球价值链理论以及产业集群转型升级理论和产业经济学的基本理论，第四章重点从外部环境要素、网络资源投入、网络组织结构以及企业文化要素四方面来分析企业网络的影响因素，第五章中笔者提出了自己的意见和建议。希望此文可以对研究企业网络的影响因素的人员提供一些借鉴意义。关键词：企业网络；网络组织结构；网络资源；产业经济学；企业竞争力IIAbstractThe rapid development of economic globalization and the large-scale application of information technology makes the outside of the enterprise environment is changing dramatically, this change is reflected in three aspects, one for enterprises are facing increasingly diverse market and customer needs, two for raw materials, funds, the flow of talent, and promote the rational allocation of production on a global scale, and three for collaborative relationships between businesses and other organizations with the application of network technology is undergoing profound changes, the operation of the business management and organization way have a higher demand.In the current information environment, information management is the intangible value of the business, the role of value creation is more and more important, so I chose the corporate network factors as ...
