题 目 宝泰隆煤化工有限公司生态化建设研究 摘 要改革开放以来，经济社会发展取得了巨大成就，但这一时期受气候、理念、经济增长方式等因素影响，造成了生态环境退化加剧，在未来的经济发展模式中，除了要关注经济增长指标，同时要考虑气候和环境指标，确保经济发展和自然环境保护协调。论文通过阐述生态化建设方面的基本理论，以宝泰隆煤化工公司为例，阐述了宝泰隆公司的生态化建设现状以及生态化建设资金投入、生态化技术创新、技术适应能力、缺乏企业生态化科研与管理人才的问题，并针对存在的问题提出了七项重要举措，包括明确生态经营目标、以科技创新驱动企业生态化持久发展、完善生态保护政策、优化监督机制等等。关键词：煤化工；生态化；循环经济Abstract Since China's reform and opening up, economic and social development in Heilongjiang province has made great achievements, in order to realize spanning development, green development, harmonious development and laid a solid foundation for building a well-off society in an all-round way. During this period, however, affected by global warming, the concept of sustainable development is thinner and the way of extensive economic growth factors, caused the ecological degradation in Heilongjiang province, the severe situation of ecological environment of Heilongjiang province's economic and social development, ecological security and ecological barrier function caused serious threats and challenges, to seek harmonious economic and social health and ecological environment friendly, person and nature harmonious social development pattern and development path is particularly urgent.
