保险企业参与健康产业建设研究【摘要】以我国保险企业更好地参与健康产业建设为目的，通过文献研究和案例分析的方法从健康、医疗、养老的方面论述参与建设的模式。发现健康方面出现三方信息不对称、缺少专业管理知识的公共卫生人员、数据来源单一的问题；医疗方面医改道阻且长、缺乏医疗行业专业知识的问题；养老方面医养用地成本高、风险高，全国定价统一、模式单一的问题。通过研究，解决健康方面的问题可采取：制定建立全民健康保险大数据平台、从源头持续关注用户健康状况；医疗方面采取：国家建立公有制为主体市场化的制度改善医疗服务、保险企业出资设立创新研发研究基金、对入股的医院合作建立数据库；养老方面采取：政府和企业合作、分级定价差异化管理，使保险企业参与健康产业建设呈可持续的发展。【关键词】保险企业；健康产业；健康管理；医疗；养老社区Research on Participation of Insurance Companies in Construction of Health Industry[Abstract] In order to better participate in the construction of health industry in our country, this paper discusses the mode of insurance companies participating in the construction of health industry from health, medical treatment and retirement through the methods of literature research and case analysis. The problem of information asymmetry among the three parties, lack of public health personnel with professional management knowledge and single data source was found in direction of health. The problems of the long and difficult medical reform and the lack of professional knowledge in the medical industry; In terms of retirement, it is a problem of high cost, high risk in field, unified pricing and single mode around the country.
