人口老龄化背景下广东省长期护理保险发展研究【摘要】本研究目的是在对国内外的长期护理保险相关领域分析的基础上，以广东省为例，对广东省发展长期护理保险进行探讨，通过对广东省的现状的分析，再借鉴国内外的运行经验，因地制宜对广东省发展长期护理保险提出建议。运用比较分析法和案例分析法，首先阐述相关概念，在系统的了解后对广东省的长期护理保险发展进行必要性介绍，包括人口老龄化背景下对长期护理保险的影响、商业护理保险的滞后和社会保障的不完善；之后在介绍省内长期护理保险的探索历程和国内外经验介绍的基础上，对广东省发展长期护理保险提出存在的问题；最后提出相关建议，即分别从企业和政府两个角度提出建议以期可以通过双方的协同作用，共同为广东长期护理保险的发展助力。【关键词】长期护理保险；老人；人口老龄化Research on the development of long-term care insurance in Guangdong Province under the background of population aging[Abstact] The purpose of this study is to discuss the development of long-term care insurance in Guangdong Province based on the analysis of domestic and foreign long-term care insurance related fields.
