商业保险公司参与大病保险建设的效果评价【摘要】随着当代人生活速度和压力不断增加，各种发病率越来越高，人们对大病的关注度开始提升，为了增强社会医疗保险的保障力度，政府社保部门开始探索与商业保险机构的合作模式，发展大病保险。我国各地都依据不同程度的发展状况建立起探索大病保险的模式，该举措是中国特色社会主义制度不断创新完善的体现之一，本文通过数据比较从四个维度对商业保险公司参与大病保险建设作出效果评价，就此分析其取得的效果评价，并从政府、商业保险公司、定点医疗机构参保者四个角色提出对该项政策完善的对策建议。【关键词】大病保险，商业保险公司，效果评价Effect Evaluation of Commercial Insurance Companies Participating in Serious Illness Insurance Construction[abstract]With the increasing speed and pressure of modern life, the incidence rate of diseases is getting higher and higher. People's attention to serious illness began to improve. In order to enhance the protection of social medical insurance, the government social security department began to explore cooperation mode to develop serious illness insurance with commercial insurance institutions. According to different levels of development, regional of China have established a model to explore serious illness insurance, which is one of the embodiment of the continuous innovation and improvement of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. This thesis makes an effect evaluation on the participation of commercial insurance companies in the construction of serious illness insurance from four dimensions through data comparison, analyzes the effect evaluation had obtained, and from the government, commercial insurance companies,medical institutions and insured to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the policy.[Key words]serious illness insurance, commercial insurance companies, effect evaluation.目 录1 前言...................
