毕业论文题 目: 碳酸钙合成工艺条件优化讨论 摘 要以电石渣为原料,氯化铵水溶液为钙提取剂提取电石渣中的 Ca。以二氧化碳为碳化剂与氯化铵反应制取高纯碳酸钙。通过改变溶液初始 pH、溶液的初始浓度、合成反应温度、二氧化碳浓度与化时间,探讨反应条件对合成高纯碳酸钙的影响规律。讨论结果表明,电石渣经过适当的处理后与氯化铵水溶液反应,提取出来的可溶性钙盐可以作为生产超纯碳酸钙的原料。实验结果表明,初始 PH 为10.0 和 11.0 时得到的产品纯度较高;CaCl2溶液应使用较高的初始浓度,但不能接近饱和;反应温度不宜过高,因保持在低温 10℃左右;二氧化碳浓度为20%-40%时纯度测定效果较好;化时间应该在 60min-90min 围效果较好。关键字:电石渣,氯化铵,碳酸钙,条件优化,高纯度Optimization of operation conditions of calcium carbonateAbstractThis study uses carbide slag as raw material, ammonium chloride solution as extractive solvent to extract Ca from carbide slag, and uses carbon dioxide as carburizer to get high purity calcium carbonate. The study finds out the optimal conditions for the synthesis of high purity calcium carbonate by changing the solution’s initial pH, the concentration of the solution, the reaction temperature, the concentration of carbon dioxide and the aging time. The results show that the carbide slag can react with ammonium chloride solution under proper treatment and conditions, the calcium extracted can be used as the raw materials of the production of ultra-pure or nanometer calcium carbonate. From the expriment ,we conclude that: the purity of the product is higher while the initial pH is 10.0 and 11.0; the initial concentration of CaCl2 solution should be higher,; the reaction temperature should not be too high or too low, just remain around 10℃;the effects of purity measurement are better while the concentration of carbon dioxide is between 20% and 40%; the aging time should be within...
