北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计15 万吨/年环氧乙烷车间分离精制工段工艺设计摘 要环氧乙烷是重要的有机化工产品,主要用于生产乙二醇,环氧乙烷广泛应用于各个领域,研究意义重大。目前国内生产环氧乙烷的工厂仍未呈饱和状态,前景十分广阔。通过催化剂选择性的提高、改变生产线的结构等从而提高生产能力和降低成本和对环境的污染,这些都是目前需要研究的课题。本设计为 15 万吨/年环氧乙烷车间分离精制工段工艺设计。使用乙烯氧气直接氧化法生产环氧乙烷。通过计算物料衡算、热量衡算再进行设备选型、车间布置和三废处理。原料气进反应器进行反应,反应器出口气体进入环氧乙烷吸收塔。吸收塔出口的吸收液则进入解吸塔解吸。而解吸后的气体则进入精馏塔精馏,精馏后的产品纯度可达 99%。关键词:环氧乙烷;生产前景;乙烯氧气直接氧化法; 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Process design of separation and refining section of 150000t/a ethylene oxide workshopAbstractEthylene oxide is an important organic chemical product, which is mainly used to produce ethylene glycol.
