本科论文摘 要经济的迅速发展和经济结构的不断调整使我国企业面对的竞争压力日趋强烈, SW公司为了能在日益激烈的市场竞争中寻求发展的机会,就必须将提高企业的核心竞争力放在首要位置上。这就要求 SW 公司不断学习现代企业管理科学的理念与技能,通过实现企业的内部管理尤其是通过企业绩效管理来提高企业的组织绩效。绩效管理作为人力资源管理工作六大模块中的核心模块,对企业发展的作用不言而喻。因此,SW 公司只有提升绩效管理的水平才能促进企业更好的发展。本文首先通过知网和寻知学术文献数据库等渠道搜集了一些绩效管理的相关的中英文文献,对国内外绩效管理的现状进行了总结概括;其次,通过对 SW 公司进行问卷调查,对 SW 公司的绩效管理现状和调查问卷的结果进行研究,发现 SW 公司存在着企业管理者和员工对绩效管理的认识不足、重视程度不高,员工缺少绩效的辅导,对绩效过程的沟通不足,也没有对绩效进行及时的反馈等问题,并分析这些问题产生的原因,从而运用绩效管理的相关知识理论,制定其解决对策。关键字:绩效管理,问题,对策本科论文AbstractThe rapid development of the economy and the continuous adjustment of the economic structure make the competitive pressure of Chinese enterprises become increasingly intense.
