毕业设计说明书(论文)中文摘要毕业设计说明书(论文)外文摘要摘要:本文主要进行了 CJSJ-200 齿轮复合加工机床电气控制的设计。主要用的数控系统为西门子 828D 数控系统,利用此数控系统的紧凑型,简单好用,实现最佳表面质量和高速高精度的和谐统一来进行电气控制的设计。对于齿轮复合加工电气控制设计主要是通过设计系统 PLC 程序来控制整个系统的驱动,来直接控制机床的各个部件,各个动作准确可靠而且运动精度很高。另外对于齿轮复合加工的研究也是很有实际用途的,既减少了工序,又提高了效率和精度,未来复合加工机床的推广和应用也会越来越多。本课题主要先根据设计要求设计出电气控制原理图,结合数控系统和设计要求进行 PLC 程序设计,根据 PLC 梯形图的控制程序并且安装驱动系统,分析出系统调试过程中所会出现的问题,设置相关的参数以及综合调试,从而能够实现齿轮复合加工。关键词:西门子 828D PLC 程序设计 齿轮复合加工Title CJSJ-200 gear compound machine tool electrical control design AbstractThe article mainly has carried on the CJSJ-200 gear compound machine tool electrical control design.
