论企业财务风险管理研究分析

论企业财务风险管理摘 要企业在经营的过程中会存在着很多的财务风险因素，所谓的财务风险是指企业在财务活动中由于各种不确定性的因素所引发的。使企业经营管理的目的和现实出现一定的偏差，导致一定的财务的损失，不利于企业的发展。在企业进行发展的过程中，财务风险是不可以避免的，但是可以通过对于企业财务报表进行分析，可以提前得知可能存在的财务风险，企业的管理者可以有针对性的做出措施进行防止财务风险的发生，通过在企业的经营的过程中减少企业财务风险的发生，提高企业的盈利能力有助于企业长久的发展。本文以恒盛公司为研究对象进行研究，首先研究分析了财务风险相关的理论，在利用财务数据分析的方法对于恒盛公司经营过程中的财务风险进行分析，从而找出恒盛公司在经营的过程中所存在的财务风险，进而财务有针对性的措施解决恒盛公司经营中的财务风险，加强恒盛公司对于财务风险的管理的能力。以期促进恒盛公司的未来的发展。关键词：企业；财务风险；管理；问题Disscuss on enterprise financial risk managementAbstractAbstract:There are many financial risk factors in the process of enterprise operation.
