i基于 PLC 自动加料机控制系统设计摘要:本设计方案是一种自动上底料系统,主要用于解决当前热电厂所采用的人工上底料的方式带来的各种问题。设备投入运行之后,可以直接解决热电厂需要人工上底料的问题,减少了底料运输过程中物料所产生的飞尘,在提高工作效率的同时对于保护周围环境和工人的身体健康都是十分有利的。本文在对需求进行分析的基础上,进行了输送设备的选型,结合可编程控制器与继电器技术实现了上料过程的全自动控制,并对可编程控制系统的原理进行了介绍和分析。关键词:热电厂;循环流化床锅炉;自动化;PLC;变频器iiDesign of automatic feeder control system based on PLCAbstract:This design scheme is a kind of automatic undercharging system, which is mainly used to solve various problems caused by artificial undercharging in current thermal power plant. After the equipment is put into operation, it can directly solve the problem that the thermal power plant needs manual undercharging, reduce the flying dust generated by the materials during the transportation of the undercharging, improve the work efficiency, and at the same time, it is very beneficial to protect the surrounding environment and the health of workers.
