I摘 要在当今的经济形势下，企业面临着严峻的商业环境，因为新的经济模式层出不穷，新的经济理念变幻莫测，新的技术变革也迭代更新，所以企业唯有注重技术创新，才有可能在行业中求得生存和发展。创新一方面能够将企业现有的资源高效整合，减少资金和人力的消耗，用有限的资源追求最大化的价值。另一方面，企业积极进行创新也有利于培养其核心竞争力，从而稳固市场地位。而且如今我国正处于实现中国梦的关键阶段，要想推动发展，突破瓶颈，创新无疑是不二选择，只有抓好创新这一关键环节，才能更好的发挥科学技术是第一生产力的作用，因此国家提出了创新驱动发展战略。 在这一战略的指引下，许多企业都纷纷响应政策号召，在创新活动上投入了大量的人力物力和财力，不过最终结果却成效甚微。 本文以制造业企业——A 公司为观察对象，对其创新资源投入和产出情况进行了分析。通过分析发现，A 公司目前在资金投入强度方面欠缺，内部科研人员质量有待提升，而且研发投入转化为创新成果方面效率不高。针对目前的问题，本文从扩大 A 公司研发资金来源、完善科研人员提升培养机制以及加速创新成果转化等方面提供了一些建议，希望能对 A 公司创新效率的提高提供一些启发。关键字：创新投入、创新产出、创新效率、提升AbstractIIIn the current economic situation, enterprises are faced with a severe business environment, because new economic models emerge in an endless stream, new economic concepts are unpredictable, and new technological changes are iterative and updated.
