北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文 BIM 技术在项目施工阶段的应摘 要随着国家经济迅速崛起、科技水平提升,城市对建筑的外型、功能等的要求越发严苛,致使城市建筑建设工程中的信息量增大,施工难度增高。BIM 技术能将工程信息基于信息平台集中处理,同时通过其模拟性优化工程施工。因此,工程施工阶段新技术 BIM 的应用成为必然。本文将 BIM 技术的特点作为研究基础,分析工程施工阶段对新技术的应用需求,将研究目标着眼于 BIM 技术应用和施工阶段结合。从 BIM 的应用意义、协同管理模式、施工阶段实际应用框架和技术推广多方面进行分析,得出 BIM 技术在工程施工阶段从经济性、安全性、实用性多方面带来的提升。再从 BIM 技术在施工阶段的协同管理模式和高信息化程度的角度入手,结合实际应用案例研究 BIM 技术在施工阶段的实际应用。关键词:BIM 技术 施工阶段 SWOT 协同管理模式I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the rapid rise of the national economy and the improvement of science and technology, the city's requirements on the appearance and function of buildings have become more stringent, resulting in an increase in the amount of information in urban construction projects and the difficulty of construction. Therefore, the application of new technologies in the construction phase of the project becomes inevitable. This article takes the characteristics of BIM technology as the research basis, analyzes the application requirements of new technologies in the construction phase of the project, and focuses on the combination of the application of the BIM technology and the construction phase.
