本科论文摘 要中国要实现工业强国的梦想，必须要重视制造业的发展。当前中国正在朝着工业化国家发展，机械制造业在国民经济中的地位非常重要，随着机械制造行业的飞速发展，导致这一行业发生的安全事故也越来越多，事故隐患不断增多。本文以恒润环锻有限公司的安全生产为例，通过对公司的原辅料储运固有的危险性，生产过程中的危险因素进行主要危险源识别，分析应急事故造成的影响，揭示恒润环锻有限公司突发事故的特征，构建生产过程风险防控为一体的风险与突发事件应急预案体系。本文首先阐述了安全生产应急预案的研究背景及研究的必要性，以相关的安全生产理论为基础，对恒润环锻有限公司生产单位的危险源进行辨识分析，针对风险源，建立恒润环锻有限公司综合应急预案，系统介绍综合应急预案研究的制定的程序内容，以综合应急预案总则为指导前提，确定公司的组织机构及职责，进行风险评估，预警，确定分级应急响应，应急保障以及应急处理的后期总结。以恒润环锻有限公司机械伤害为具体事故分类，进行恒润环锻有限公司专项应急预案的研究，指导恒润环锻有限公司针对具体事故的应急处理，制定标准化规定。最后从应急组织建设、装备配置、实时监测、培训演练、事故处置等方面出发，构建较为完善的恒润环锻有限公司突发应急事件应急能力。关键词：安全生产；危险源；综合应急预案研究；专项应急预案本科论文AbstractIf China is to realize its dream of becoming an industrial power, it must pay attention to the development of the manufacturing industry.
