摘 要游戏是幼儿的天性，对于幼儿来说，游戏是一种很有趣的活动，对幼儿有很大的吸引力。因此，在幼儿园里游戏是最容易被幼儿接受的，幼儿很快就可以进入到游戏过程之中。由于幼儿年龄较小，认知水平等多方面有限，就会在游戏中遇到不同的问题而难以解决，使游戏进行不下去，这时教师适宜的介入既延续了幼儿的游戏，又发挥了游戏的教育功能。本文采用了文献法、观察法和访谈法，在 T 市选取了一所幼儿园，分别对 3 个 年龄班的 6 个班级幼儿和 12 名带班教师进行了为期 40 天的观察 。在论文中，作者首先从教师介入的重要性入手，解释说明教师在此问题中的重要地位；其次，在介入必要性的支持下，确定教师介入的适宜时机。从游戏的各个方面、环节确定介入时机；最后，在确定了介入时机后，提出相应的方式去更好的发挥教师的作用，从而把游戏的教育功能发挥到极致。关键词：教师；幼儿游戏；介入时机AbstractGame is the nature of young children, for young children, the game is a very interesting activity, young children have a great attraction.
