3G 增值业务运营模式和盈利模式的探讨 摘要：3G 移动增值业务将会得到快速发展，但受传统互联网盈利模式的影响，3G 增值业务运营和盈利模式尚不明朗。通过对 3G 业务的分类，引入了公司治理理论的有关知识对未来移动运营商运营和盈利模式进行了分析和探讨。提出了对 SP/CP 独资、控股、参股等三种竞合模式，及移动运营商主要由接入费、平台费、增值业务、语音业务构成的收入模型。关键词：工业企业经营管理学 运营模式和盈利模式 综述 移动增值业务Analyses on operating and profit model of the 3G Moblie Value-Added Services Abstract: Although the 3G Value-Added Services will be developed very rapidly,its operating and profit model is not clearly yet affacted by the traditional internet model.Through divided the category of 3G services,the paper analyses the future operating and profit model of moble operator by introduce the corporate governance and related theories .According to the analyse ,the article puts forward three kind of competetion and cooperation models to SP/CP Sole-Investment,Controling stakes,and Holding shares ,also advances the Mobile operator ‘s revenue model,which consists of access fee,basic fee,Value-Added Servicse ,Voice Services.
