摘要每个人都向往更高更好的生活,正是由于对现实不满或不安于现状,才会不断地产生离岗与跳槽的现象。离岗问题在各行各业都存在,特别是教师这一行业,幼儿教师每天面对重复的、枯燥乏味的工作更容易产生离岗这种现象。因为不是每一份工作都会让每一个人顺心,但遇到问题总要去面对、去解决。幼儿教育工作者们在岗时难免在工作中有压力、有不满,因此出现离岗、跳槽行为也是无可厚非的。随着二胎政策的开放,以及国务院颁布的针对学前教育的新政策,这就对幼儿教师的要求更高了。如果幼儿教师离岗跳槽强度增加,不仅不利于教师队伍的稳定建设,且对幼儿园来说也是一种人才流失,对幼儿也是一种心理负担。进而针对此问题寻找其影响因素和解决办法是稳定幼儿教师队伍、使其稳步发展的关键。关键词:离岗; 跳槽;幼儿教师AbstractEveryone is yearning for a better life, it is because of dissatisfaction with reality or not complacent, will continue to produce and undergo job hopping phenomenon.
