摘 要当前小学男教师的比例过低，使得其对小学生的教育示范作用未能得到较好的发挥。并且当前小学男教师的职业认同感不高。小学男教师的重要性及其职业认同还没有普遍得到关注。而男教师是除家长以外与小学生相处时间最久的，男教师与女教师相比，由于其生理结构、思维方式、行为方式有较大的差异，因此在教学过程中，男教师对小学教育质量以及学生的学习状况、小学生性格、品德的塑造等都会产生影响。本文在对相关概念进行界定的基础上，对小学男教师职业认同总体概况进行了简要的阐述，分析了当前小学男教师职业认同存在的问题，并从多个角度分析了不同背景的小学男教师职业认同差异，其次分析了影响小学男教师职业认同感的因素。最后提出了几点提升小学男教师职业认同的建议策略。关键词：男教师；职业认同感；现状；影响因素；策略AbstractIn this day and age, The percentage of male teachers in the primary school is too low, so it makes its educational role failed to get better play in primary school.
