摘 要游戏作为幼儿园开展教育活动的主要途径,对幼儿教育起着十分重要的作用。角色游戏作为幼儿园中一种不可或缺的游戏形态,在促进幼儿身心发展方面有区别于其他游戏的意义与价值。教师对角色游戏的规范指导可以使角色游戏的教育价值最大化。另一方面,有效的指导策略对教师自身专业发展有着积极作用。本文采用文献法,访谈法以及观察法,对幼儿园开展角色游戏的各个活动环节展开调查与探究,发现教师在指导中存在如下一些问题,游戏准备工作不到位,教师指导过程中身份定位不合理,指导内容缺乏重点,游戏评价的不规范等。通过分析这些问题的原因,如教师自身对游戏认知的偏差以及教师自身经验的缺乏等,从而得出结论,提出在幼儿角色游戏中教师行为指导的具体优化策略。关键词:游戏、角色游戏、教师行为指导AbstractGame as a kindergarten to carry out educational activities of the main way, for early childhood education plays a very important role.
