摘 要随着经济的发展和生产经营的需要，财务风险越来越被重视，财务风险是每个公司都会产生的问题，财务风险可能产生于生产经营的各个环节，各个步骤，对于财务风险的产生，人们无法预测，也无法判断，只有通过专业的技术手段和良好的规章制度去规避它，财务风险不可能彻底清除，只要有生产经营，就一定会产生财务风险，合理控制财务风险是公司生产经营的重要部分，维持财务风险稳定，是公司生产经营的前提，所以目前要做的事就是尽可能的把财务风险降到最低，让企业在竞争激烈的市场环境中，取得优势，能够长远发展下去。本文主要从 A 公司的财务风险入手，总共分为三大部分。第一部分主要为简述财务风险的基本理论和相关概念，第二部分主要是从 A 公司的存货积压、过程管控和销售回款等方面，从财务风险的事前、事中和事后的管理上发现 A 公司目前财务风险上存在的问题；第三部分则通过对应国内外的相关文献进行了收集、筛选和整理，研究了管理财务风险的办法，并针对A 公司的问题提出一些建议，通过以上这些方面，希望可以帮助 A 公司进一步提高财务风险管理，促进公司的持续经营和稳定发展。关键词：财务风险； 过程管控； 对策研究； 合理控制 Abstract With the development of economy and the need of production and operation, financial risk is paid more and more attention.
