摘要随着我国市场经济的迅速发展，中小企业已经成为社会经济生活不可缺少的组成部分，已成为推动和支撑国民经济发展的重要力量。因此中小企业的能否健康成长直接影响着我国国民经济发展的快慢。中小企业因“船小好调头”，在发展中具备一定的灵活优势，但同时又因其自身企业性质、管理水平等的不足，也存在着很多的问题，其中财务管理方面的问题是其核心问题。本文针对财务管理方面存在的诸多问题给出相应的对策，为中小企业的健康发展提供一定的意见及建议。关键词：中小企业 财务管理 问题 对策ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of China's market economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have become an indispensable part of social and economic life and an important force to promote and support the development of national economy.
